Replies written while it still matters

A review gets a draft within the hour, written the way you write. It waits for you to approve it. Nothing goes out in your name that you have not read.

2 weeks is the usual gap between a review and a reply, because answering well takes a clear head and you get one at 11 at night. The draft removes the blank page, not the judgment.

Where reviews come in

Nobody leaves feedback in one place, and each platform has its own rules about who may answer and how fast.

  • Google

The one most customers read before they decide, and the one with the longest memory.

  • Delivery platforms

Ratings attached to an order, often about the driver rather than the food, and often answerable only for a few days.

  • The rest

Facebook, Tripadvisor, the trade directories your customers actually use. The list is yours to name.

What happens to one review

4 steps, and the one that matters is the third.

  1. It is read properly

What the complaint or the compliment is actually about, and whether this customer has written before.

  2. A reply is drafted

In your wording, at your length, on the platform's terms. A 3-star review does not get a form letter.

  3. It waits for you

You approve it, change it, or write your own. Approving takes a few seconds on a phone.

  4. It is posted and logged

Published where the review was left, with what was said kept so the next reply knows about this one.

What is never done for you

Your name is on the reply. That sets the limits.

  • Nothing posts unapproved

There is no auto-send, not even for 5-star reviews. An unread reply in your name is worse than a late one.

  • No refunds or compensation

A reply never offers a free meal, a discount or money back. Only you can put that on the record.

  • No fights, and no fake reviews

A review that should be reported is brought to you. None are ever written, solicited or traded.

Questions owners ask

How does it sound like me?
It is built from replies you have already written and from what you tell us to avoid. Where there is nothing to learn from, the first weeks are drafted plainly and adjusted from your edits.
What about a review that is untrue?
It comes to you with the reason it may breach the platform's rules, and a draft that answers it for the people who will read it later. You decide whether to report it.
Do I have to approve every single one?
Yes, and it takes a few seconds each. Approval is the whole point: it is what keeps the reply yours.

Describe one task

Write down the task, the kind of business you run, and how often it comes up. That is enough for us to tell you whether it is worth automating and what it would take.
