What an AI team is

Agentium Lab builds AI employees. An AI employee is one automation with one job, which it carries out end to end the way your business already does it. It runs on our side, so there is no app to open and no tool to learn. An AI team is the set of them working for one business.

These jobs are mostly reading, matching and writing. A supplier invoice checked against your order. A caller's question matched to your opening hours. A review answered in your own wording. That is the part a model now does reliably, and the part that used to need a person at a keyboard.

Each job is built from watching that job done once in your business, so it handles your exceptions rather than a generic version of the task. Anything it is unsure about takes the lower path.

Which jobs an AI team takes on

Every AI employee starts from work an owner already does every week: phone enquiries, supplier invoices, menu and price changes, review replies, end of day totals, unpaid invoices. The home page sets out the same tasks before and after they are handed over, along with what the arrangement asks of you and the three things we will not automate.
